Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced DLP Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to handle/triage/remediate DLP incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analysis of the alerts generated on incident management consoles such as DLP, SIEM, Threat Intelligence etc.
• Investigate, log, update & resolve DLP Security Incident as per defined process.
• Update and work on incidents through ticketing system (Palo Alto xSOAR, Resilient) for tickets of DLP.
• Keep relevant stakeholders like HR, legal and compliance updated.
• Run Incident management bridge, follow escalation matrix and produce required reports.
• Gather and capture evidence through various sources including endpoint computer artifacts, Proofpoint email activity logs, Netskope proxy / internet activity logs, Office365 logs.
• Other tasks as defined & assigned within function.
• Hands on experience in DLP tools:
  • Primary Tool/Technology:
    • Symantec DLP
  • Secondary Tool/Technology:
    • Netskope DLP

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related disciplines or equivalent.
• Has hands-on experience with DLP products and experience with some other security products.
• Good knowledge of Security Incident Management
• Prior experience in monitoring and handling alerts from Symantec DLP console
• Have worked/Helped in fine-tuning of false positive alerts in DLP.
• Strong written and verbal oral communication and ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented, and constantly changing environment.
• Good understanding of risk management and data security, architecture design and sizing.
• Good understanding of general IT including network security architecture, encryption, and operating systems.
• Has knowledge of SIEM systems and/or data lakes and event correlation.
• Preferably has knowledge of Windows & UNIX Operating system.
