General Description:

• Specifies and coordinates the implementation of at least one project/epic with effort spread across different teams/squads.
• End-to-end responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.
• Typically requires strong technical skills, proven project management experience (including stakeholder management), and an understanding of the business issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Project/Program Management in an agile organization.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#.
• Proven experience in stakeholders management.
• At ease with complex technical constraints.   
• Experience in Financial industry.
• Able to work in an autonomous way in a complex and Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Defines/designs activities, starting from existing solutions.
• Coordinates a small team of specialists to implement project tasks.
• Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project.
• Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters.
• May negotiate minor changes to project scope or specification with the project sponsor/client.
• Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client.
• Contributes to improving/developing systems.
• May manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level (if required).
• End-to-end Project Management Generalist/Multidiscipline. 
• Plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion.
• Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply, progress reporting and troubleshooting actions (if required).  
• Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and budget.
• Monitors progression against approved baseline and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
