Role Overview:

• Cortex Management would be joint responsibility between Onsemi Security Team & HCL Technical Tier 3 function. Onsemi Security team would own & manage the solution and related configuration, while the client team would only be responsible for maintaining the deployment of client agent & keeping it in healthy / up to date configuration.
• Keep up to date on the latest malware threats and keep software updated to defend against them.
• Helps to deploy agent, virus scan engine and any other approved solution on endpoints where applicable.
• Keep up to date on the latest malware threats and keep software updated to defend against them.
• Cooperate and providing support during malware related incidents.
• Collecting malware samples for deeper analysis and providing to antivirus vendor
• Cooperate with IT partners to mitigate the threat.
• Desktop application management and deployment
• workstation client management
• Creating and updating technical documentation as required
• Managing Environment
• Create, modify, and produce custom reporting as needed.
• Manage Upgrades on client side.
