Requirements:

• Lead the efforts of a successful incident response / security analysis team.
• Resource will drive innovation, process improvement, security efficiency, and lead the charge for strengthening the LOB’s security program.
• Most senior & lead resource for Incident Response / Security Analysis. (LOB Level).
• Incident coordinator to ensure all needed stakeholders are involved in the relevant activities.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of activities and status.
• Gather and analyze technical data (application, log, system, and network) for troubleshooting and researching events and alerts, conducting root cause analysis, and if feasible determining purpose / intent.
• Perform security analysis functions to determine and put into motion best (or Customer agreed upon) actions for incidents.
• Understand defense-in-depth strategies and available security data sources.
• Provide seniority and oversight.
• Deliver technical training / mentoring to junior analysts, analysts, and senior analysts in areas including but not limited to incident handling / mitigation, event analysis and correlation, security event & incident management, intrusion detection / prevention, and threat management.
