Responsibilities:

• To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) ornew developments based on business or client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of the client on the project.
• To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
• To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
• To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
• To provide technical guidance to junior developers

Skill set required:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and functional testing (Manual) with at least 3 years in writing Performance scripts in LoadRunner.
• Ability to understand requirements, create functional testing and perform testing
• Do function testing define and drive the performance test approach and methodology for extensive enterprise web solutions
• Experience in identifying and analyzing performance test requirements and results to understand level of risk
• Proficient in Performance Test script development with different protocol like Http, HTML, Web Service, Tru-Client, etc.,
• Strong knowledge in developing and analyzing performance issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in using monitoring tools like nmon, Splunk/Dynatrace/Sitescope etc.,
• Comfortable with the operating systems: LINUX, UNIX,QNDOWS and associated performance counters and navigation
• Experience in writing Unix shell scripting is a plus
• Comfortable with Web Services/API testing tools like SOAP UI & RestClient
• Knowledge in Load testing on Azure cloud platform
• Basic knowledge of office tools like Word and excel
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• Excellent project and people management skills.
• Good business judgement, knowing when to escalate, who to keep informed to identify appropriate next steps / resolution
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues from other departments in a virtual multicultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, often involving changing priorities and multiple deadlines.

Maximum Salary for FTE: 25k PLN/month gross
