Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a SAP consultant/specialist in a similar industry.
• Experience with SAP Components – SAP HANA 2.0, SAP ECC 6.0 and EHP 8 on MS Server 2016.
• Experience in SAP Fiori report build and release process.
• Having experience in SAP Data Migration or SAP Data Archival.
• Providing strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff.
• Participating in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques.
• Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and business users.
• Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
• Experience with working in a multinational organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the completion of tasks.
• AWS/Cloud experience with Software Build and Software.
• IT Infrastructure and Change Control.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of business customers in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• The SAP Data Migration specialist will act as a bridge between business challenges and technology solutions.
• Developing and configuring customized SAP Data Migration/Archival solutions.
• Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
• Attend periodic review meetings, cutover migration, hyper care support, any enhancements planning, design and/or implementation meetings as required.
• Good at customer handling and liaising with all stakeholders. 
• Update SDLC documents such as DS, SOP, IQ Protocols as needed for tickets resolutions, or any enhancements as required.
• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
