  • Controlled access. Example: the current usage of AD groups (6000 unique AD groups) used for file system security
  • Tenants and the usage of the SAS BI platform
  • Customized solutions
  • Data source / target interfaces are not documented in a centralized location
  • Unpredictable impact due to changes in the IT infrastructure
