Job Description

• Shall be responsible for overall proxy service management to enterprise wide users /customers and deploying / managing Cloud Proxy / On-Prem Proxy Solutions.
• Suggesting approach to Product implementation, enhancement and integration with existing On-Prem proxy solution and function as a liaison with Proxy Vendor Support and Vendor managing the solution. 
• Effective inter-team communication to efficiently achieve organizational IT goals and performance benchmarks in a timely manner

Qualification:

• Candidate should be graduate preferably B. E. / B. Tech/ MCA / equivalent
• Hands On experience on Proxy Solutions (Cloud / On-Prem) is must.

Requirements

• Should have total experience of 10+ years including about 7 years in Service Management.
• Should have hands on experience deploying Proxy SG implementations along with CAS appliances and other solutions / services
• Should have sound knowledge of defining, implementing and managing Proxy Services (Cloud / Broadcom / Ironport) and exposure to Proxy pacfile solutions.
• Experience of having deployed / managed On-prem, Cloud and hybrid Proxy Solutions
  Work with an extended on-site and off-site team to develop and maintain a solid network security infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Should have experience of working with vendors / managing global team.
• Should have strong communication skills and OEM / vendor management and account management / technical support team.
• Candidate should have experience in a variety of cyber security technologies, with a focus on Broadcom / Ironport and Cloud Proxy products.
• Should have demonstrated strong experience on defining, creating and maintaining proxy policies
• Have experience of executing SSL Interception with an integrated internal PKI environment
• Understands various proxy authentication methods with relation to a domain environment
  Functions as a liaison between the Organization Proxy Infra Vendor and Cloud Proxy TAC / Account team.
• All service management activities.
• Must be from global support background
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
