Responsibilities

• Creating and executing test cases and test plans for products and services
• Design and execute test plans for new features
• Maintain existing automation tests and contribute to creating newer automation tests using Python with Selenium or Python with Appium frameworks
• Investigating, replicating, and documenting technical issues encountered in testing
• Assist in reproducing and follow-up of issues reported from end-users
• Work with minimum supervision and work independently to accomplish assigned projects

Knowledge and Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with test automation of RESTful APIs and cloud solutions
• Coding skills with languages such as Python and test automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium
• Experience with source control revision tools – GIT (preferred), GitHub
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman
• Lead and work closely with other Software Engineers, Architects, Product Development Team, QA, and Support groups
• Exposure with Relational and object databases like MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, Cassandra
