This position is for Middle Support specialist where the candidate will have the opportunity to take care of maintenance work and support for MDM users and other downstream systems.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in support work
  • PL/SQL good knowledge
  • Experience in Remedy/ SNOW
  • Analytical mindset and good problem-solving

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Very good English skills
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
  • To monitor and track tickets or change requests and manage SLAs.
  • To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations
  • To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis.
